About Us

PCS was founded by Howard Chusid, a businessman/educator who found success doing what he loved to do. Howie has determined to help others find the same level of satisfaction in their professional lives and is currently completing his doctorate (Ed.D) in counseling psychology. Additionally, he is certified as a Florida Mental Health Intern, IMH-6649 and has passed professional criteria to be certified in administering and evaluating Assessment Tools. 

PCS combines science and assessment practices with the human touch. Through testing we learn what you are good at. Through listening, we learn what you love to do. By combining the two, we help set a path for a happy, more gratifying professional life.
