The PCS 4 Phase Program
PCS offers a 4 phase comprehensive service that enables us to make focused and well considered recommendations.
Phase One: Consultation
We meet with you for an hour and discuss your goals, passions, dreams, strengths, weaknesses, and other matters of relevancy and importance.
Phase Two: Assessment
We administer a written test that reveals your preferences and skill sets. We use only industry recognized and approved tests, such as Strong, MBIT, and SDS. Once we have the results we apply our own rigorous analysis to determine the apparent and hidden results.
Phase Three: Review & Recommendations
We share another hour with you where we review together with you the results of your assessment test and the recommendations we have developed. We want to hear your reactions to our suggestions and work with you to pinpoint the one that makes the most sense when combining what the tests showed to be your skills and what your heart is telling you to become.
Phase Four: Career Path Plan
Every PCS client receives a Career Path Plan that marks out how to obtain the specific career that we have identified together with you as your preferred occupation. The Path Plan includes educational requirements and suggestions, industry hiring requirements, industry hiring practices, and the channels you need to engage to get a job. The Career Path Plan gives our clients the “how to” after we have determined in Phases 1-3 the “what to”.
